Step out of the ordinary an into a "health-full" spa experience. 

Who said natural and holistic aids had to be boring? We have a curated a fun and interesting space where you can connect with yourself, family, friends, and invite "new" friends to join you,

The Salt Cave is like no other that you have seen.  It has uniquely designed elements and handcrafted features that help transport you from the mundane to the extraordinary. The Salt Cave gives you access to natural and fundamental elements that help support and sustain a healthy life.  

Actually, there is over 2 TONS (approx. 5 thousand pounds) of Himalayan Salt, packed full of life supportive elements and trace minerals, as the floor of the salt room. It's  anti-inflammatory, calming, grounding, and providing other health supportive properties. 

There is a Halogenerator. It micronizes pharmaceutical grade salt (99.9% pure NaCl) to the size of a red blood cell. It then cycles through the air, to serve you in your health spa & beauty treatment. Pharmaceutical grade salt is used to make an I.V. saline.

We'll invite you to take off your shoes before entering the Salt Cave and place them on the shoe rack.

NO: food, aroma oil or sprays, water, or liquids of any kind are allowed. You are welcome to enjoy food and liquids outside the cave (this includes children's food/ snacks/bottles).

You can sit in chairs, rest in a swing, lay in the salt, bury sore knees, hips, and shoulders. You are play in the salt or draw with your fingers or the provided rakes.

There is a Salted preset-heated table to ease sore & tired muscles.

There are 3 salt brick light wall features to help transport you to meditative or prayerful place.

When you are paged, your session time is over. Please put back any supplies or toys to their rightful place, and quickly and quietly exit the salt cave so as not to disrupt other guests.

Halotherapy (halo=salt) helps aid your respiratory health, muscle recovery, workouts, increase oxygen, boost the immune system, recovery from allergies, mold, sinus, seasonal allergies, colds, cough, asthma, COPD, Emphysema, smoker's cough, sleep issues, snoring, sleep apnea, anxiety, depression, 

We have a large room with 3 salt walls. There is over3,000 lbs (3TONS)  of Himalayan Saltto enjoy as 99.9% PURE NaCl (sodium chloride- same used for I.V.'s) is dispersed through the air to help clear the respiratory system.  The room can accommodate a mix of s can accommodate a mix of 15 adults & children.

*Salt Therapy is natural and safe, but those with severe medical issues should always consult with their physician.

As the Pharmaceutical Grade Salt (99.9% pure Sodium Chloride)  is pulverized and blown it into room it collects negative ions.

You may not see the salt in the air, as it has been micronized by the Halogenerator, but you may taste the salt on your lips or have a light dusting on your clothes.

During a salt room session guests sit in a chair or lounge on the salt while, breathing normally and occasionally taking deep breaths.

Salt is antifungal, antibacterial, and antimicrobial. Since salt helps the body helping to break up mucus and toxins there are tissues and a trash can in the room for your use.

For those with skin issues, shorts or a short sleeve shirt may be advised to allow the salt particles to make contact with the skin affected areas. 

Many with arthritis, muscle injuries, body aches, arthritis, elbow, or knee pain or stiffness have discovered benefit by burying those body parts in the salt for its grounding and anti-inflammatory properties.

You are free to lay on the salt and make use of the toys, buckets, & blankets provided in the room.
