Tessa brings her crystal quartz bowls creating a serene atmosphere for a mostly self-guided meditation allowing for personal exploration with gentle prompts. Assisting us in dropping into a deeper state of relaxation. Meditating with the healing power of 432 Hz music can help us gain greater insights to mental and emotional clarity.

There is limited seating which includes chairs, a salted floor, and cushions. The floor has over 4,000lbs. of Himalayan Salt which will add to grounding & meditative vibration of the session.
